Mosaic Pre-Construction Condos of Miami Beach

The Lifestyle

For real estate buyers with a taste for art, culture, and a metropolitan lifestyle- the Mosaic pre-construction condominiums on Miami Beach are a perfect buy. Located on Miami Beach’s last parcel of oceanfront property, the Mosaic brings all the pieces of a perfect cosmopolitan lifestyle together into one conveniently located development.

With its building site located just across Biscayne Bay from the heart of Downtown Miami, the Mosaic offers pre-construction buyers the opportunity to invest right at the heart of one of Miami’s most active and exciting areas. Resident condo owners will delight in being within one mile of Miami’s world-famous Historic Art Deco District, the Bass Museum of Art, the Jackie Gleason Theater, and the Miami Convention Center.

In addition, Mosaic condo owners will be less than 10 miles down Collins from the Miami’s renowned South Beach and Lincoln Road shopping area. Here, Mosaic buyers can come to enjoy some of the best food, most fashionable shopping, and hottest nightlife that South Florida has to offer. Downtown Miami is also just a short jump over either the Julia Tuttle or Venetian Causeways, giving residents local access to the American Airlines Arena, the Bayside Marketplace, the Miami Art Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.

From a day of museum hopping to a night of Broadway entertainment- the Mosaic is set to be Miami’s premier condo community for bringing all the pieces together to deliver the perfect art deco lifestyle. In addition, WCI Communities and Fullerton-Diaz Developers are bringing art to life in the design of their building- combining the beauty of its waterfront location with a dynamic, white-wash and glass architectural style.

The Structure

With its prime location being so close to the National Historic Art Deco District, it was important to the Miami Beach community and developers alike, that the Mosaic blend with the flavor of its local surroundings. To that end, the Fullerton-Diaz design concept for the 20-story Mosaic structure was unanimously approved by the City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Society.

The building’s inspired architectural design allows the Mosaic to minimize many of the potential problems that come with living in an area like Miami Beach, namely: limited parking, noise and crowding. To this first issue, Mosaic on Miami Beach will feature a multi-level covered parking garage underneath the community lobby and condominium residences. This will allow Mosaic residences and their guests to avoid the usual hit-or-miss meter parking on Miami Beach.

According to the pre-construction site plan, Mosaic on Miami Beach will be comprised of 84 condominium units and four oceanfront townhouses. The condo residences will actually be set on the parking garage above the street level to reduce the noise and window-front crowding of Collins Avenue as much as possible.

On the lobby floor of the Mosaic structure, condo buyers will find a nice selection of chic amenities, including: an oceanfront pool and outdoor spa area, an indoor fitness center complete with Pilates and yoga, a full kitchen and club room, a full-service bar with a wine tasting room, a business center, and a meeting and media room.

The Views

[text] As the last oceanfront condo site in Miami Beach’s Historic Art Deco District, the Mosaic will feature waterfront of the Atlantic Ocean along the western face of the community. Residences including this view are the four oceanfront townhouses on the ground floors of the structure, as well as the two oceanfront penthouses on the top floor.

To the east, condominiums will look over Miami Beach towards Biscayne Bay. Condos on the south face of the building will look down Collins Avenue towards the bright lights of Miami’s world-famous South Beach area. And to condos with northern views will look up Collins Avenue towards North Beach and Bal Harbour on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Condominiums of Mosaic on Miami Beach

With plans for only 82 condo units, Mosaic on Miami Beach is one of WCI Communities most exclusive developments. This low number of units is also a valuable feature for any buyer that wants a little privacy in their condo living. In addition- with only 6 condo units per floor, the amount of inter-condo noise will be drastically reduced as well.

Stepping out of a high-speed elevator, Mosaic residents will enter their own private elevator foyer that opens into their condo. Pre-construction plans for Mosaic feature four different floorplan styles with two- and three-bedroom layouts. All condo plans feature a see-thru design with expansive tiled balconies extending from either side.

The condominiums of Mosaic on Miami Beach range in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet. Current pre-construction pricing on Mosaic condos and penthouses ranges from $1.4 million to $4 million.
