The Community

In developing Uptown Marina Lofts, the Gilbert Benhamou and Claudio Stivelman group wanted to create a community that redefined condominium living in South Florida. To do so, they took the design concepts used in open-air New York lofts and applied them to this new pre-construction condominium luxury community at the heart of downtown Aventura.
